Challenging, never gets boring, lots of customization
LEGO Racers on the Nintendo 64 is a very good game, one of the best racing games on the N64.

For instance, you can build your own character and car from different Lego bricks, making a car truly "yours." There are also various fun power-ups to collect along the way to make life difficult for your opponents. Additionally, the different race tracks are a real joy to race on, and you never get bored with this game.

If, for example, you've grown tired of Mario Kart 64 and are looking for a fun alternative, then this is the game for you! It might even be better than Mario Kart in some aspects! A definite recommendation.

The fun part of the game is that you can design your own car as well as the character. Each level features a boss that you have to defeat by winning the race. Ultimately, the building blocks are released from the end boss so that character becomes playable too.

The game also includes a multiplayer mode & a race against the clock mode. You can find various power-ups on the track, which by the way you can't drive off.

The power-ups are divided into 4 colors: Blue, Red, Yellow & Green and each have specific purposes. For instance, yellow targets the player behind you and red focuses on the player ahead of you.

Highly recommended for young and old alike!

Very fun game
I'm probably extremely nostalgic when it comes to LEGO Racers, as I could really play this game for hours on end on the PC back in the day, but I'll still give a review. This game is incredibly fun: the characters are very colorful. The power-ups in the game have more depth than in most kart games, because you can also upgrade them. The tracks are beautifully designed, and the music is incredibly catchy. The best part, however, is that you can build your characters and cars yourself with a whole bunch of different options, and as you progress in the game, more options become available as you unlock new LEGO sets. A very fun game, I definitely wouldn't overlook it!

Fun Kart Racer

Unique Vehicle Building Feature in LEGO Racers
