Super bad
Even after reading reviews here and an extensive review, I still wanted to give it a try, but the only reason you would buy it is if you are a hardcore N64 collector. I definitely advise against the game and can't imagine anyone finding enjoyment in it.
The controls are so weird that I thought my controller was broken. The game lacks any variety, is full of glitches, and is simply unplayable. This is truly the low point of the N64.

Where do I even begin?
Superman 64, it sounds so cool and awesome but Titus completely misses the mark.

Let me start by saying: I have this game complete in box simply because it belongs in the collection of Nintendo 64 games.

But my goodness, what a terrible game! So much has already been said about it, but I couldn't resist sharing my opinion with you all.

The graphics are incredibly poor! It's beyond words! And there's constant fog so you can't see a thing.

At the beginning, your mission is: fly through rings? Does that sound like Superman? It starts off fun but the difficulty level is insane!

The controls are just so awkward and the time limit for flying through rings is impossible. There are also numerous glitches in this game. You're flying and suddenly you're stuck in a building.

If you manage to complete the 1st mission, you get 2 seconds to perform the next mission. If you fail, you start ALL OVER again!

Even the soundtrack is unbearable. After the game flopped, the PlayStation version was canceled.

There is simply nothing positive to say about this game, and that's why it's known as the WORST NINTENDO 64 game EVER and that is absolutely true!

Superman 64... According to some, the worst Nintendo 64 game ever!

It seems like great fun, flying through rings and occasionally lifting a car. The game just doesn't look good, some buildings seem like a big block with no detail. The drawing distance (when you see objects) is very low because there is a lot of mist. The camera often doesn't work properly either.

Furthermore, the gameplay itself is monotonous, the controls sometimes don't respond well, the screen frequently stutters, and the animated objects stutter when they move.

But... The game does have 14 levels! And each level is full of bugs, glitches, and errors.. It also gets boring very quickly. The sound is good, but there is very little variety in it, so the same text and music keep playing over and over..

This game is perfect for testing your patience. The glitches, the annoying timers, the poor controls, the vague missions... Anyone who can withstand it all and make progress in Superman is a true...superman!

However, watching the walkthroughs is crucial. This game doesn't help you at all, so any assistance is welcome. I'd almost think this game was made of kryptonite...
