Pause Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2, hold down L and press C-Up, Down, Left, C-Left, C-Down, C-Up, C-Right. If you've entered it correctly, the pause menu will shake. Slow motion kicks in when you jump or perform a trick. It goes away once you land.
